Instigator is a Co-op PVE experience where Master Chief’s ship crashes into an alien

base that is currently being invaded by the flood. Your crashed ship enables the

flood to breach the base making you the instigator. Fight your way through the base

to detonate the munitions stockpile protected by the leader of the base in an intense

final battle.
